Subjee Cooler is a green recurring cost-free technology that has dual benefits - natural ripening + storage. It is based on the patented “Enhanced Evaporative Cooling” principle developed by RuKart. Its innovative 7-layer membrane-based cooling system requires no utility/power & only 3-14 Litres of Water/Day.

The Subjee Cooler does not need any external power or utility. It needs only 3-14 litres of clean portable water/day during storage & no water during ripening process.

Subjee Cooler (Pink) preserves natural aroma, colour, freshness, nutrition, stiffness/tenacity & taste as good as freshly harvested compared to traditional storage technologies (Blue).

The stored produce does not experience thermal stress like in a cold storage/Refrigerator. Thus, no need to maintain an end-to-end cold chain. Enjoy the farm-level freshness at home.

Subjee Coolers have been installed in Cherrapunji & Mawsynram (1 & 2 wettest places on the Planet), in the Snow-Capped Himalaya & in coastal regions.

Subjee Cooler saves 8.3X & 137X CO2e compared to equivalent capacity Solar & Electricity powered storage technology, respectively.

Subjee Cooler provides you with an opportunity to store multiple commodities like Fruits, Mushroom & Vegetables together while maintaining their respective freshness.

With advanced membrane technology, 80% of the applied water can be re-used after 1 month of regular operation. Thus, bringing the total water required/year to 220 litres for 165L Model & 1,050 litres for 100 kg model.

18-24 Degrees Celsius is the optimal temperature maintained in the Subjee Cooler at No or Low load. This provides an ideal environment for maintaining "the Life Force" in perishables.
